ABOUT
Hello, I am Malinda Griffin, the owner and operator of Malinda Griffin & Co. I have been a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Upstate of South Carolina since 1992 and have been offering title abstracting services since 1990. I work with a diverse range of clients, including lending institutions, appraisal management companies, attorneys, accountants, and others.
In 2018, I expanded my scope to offer South Carolina Appraiser and Realtor Continuing Education. I served as President of SCPAC in 2020 and currently serve as the SCPAC Education Committee Chair and Coalition Manager. I am also actively involved in various committees of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA), including Appraiser Trainee, Board of Governors, Communications, Education, Conference Program, Governmental Affairs, Industry Partner Alliance, and Membership. I co-chair the Membership and Appraiser Relief Fund Auction Committees.
My passion for the appraisal profession shines through my dedication to staying up to date on the latest industry information and education. As a licensed Continuing Education Instructor for appraisers and realtors in South Carolina, I hold both a HMS (Home Measurement Specialist) and Appraisal Review Certification.
Beyond my professional achievements, I am friendly and approachable. I am always willing to share my expertise with others and often moderate and share in the Real Estate Appraisal Talk rooms on Clubhouse. As a professional appraiser, I am committed to providing excellent service and education to my clients and peers alike.
